Tastefully designed rooms with clever adaptation of the space. I stayed in a small irregularly shaped room at one end of the building, ergonomics were excellent for such an oddly shaped space. Perfect for a solo traveler. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant breakfast. Great location and nice that entry way to guesthouse was private and just off the main street as opposed to many of their competitors, so you are not forced to wrestle with your suitcases on busy main street. Also Liz was very accommodating with my arrival time which kept changing due to unanticipated logistics changes. Tea and coffee setup in room was one of the best I've encountered in almost 30 years of extensive travel. The homemade mini pastries were a very nice touch.

The Valentina View is a beautiful, quiet B&B across from Valentia Island. Our room was huge and our hosts were extremely accommodating. We even got to feed the goats and the pigs! We had hoped to sail out to Skellig Michael, but the weather did not permit the trip. We really appreciated the spacious accommodations and our considerate hosts - it made our rainy day retreat very comfortable.

spotless, convenient. Noreen the host was exceptional. she is extremely friendly and made us feel at home. She welcomed us with a smile even as we were late checking in. Also made us tea at 11pm. Breakfast was excellent. wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend.
