beautiful location. Open plan living are. comfortable and bright. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ocean waves put you to sleep at night. Perfect base to explore more of Cornwall.

Amazing location!! Right across the street from Mount St. Michael! The breakfast was wonderful and I had the best scrambled eggs on toast in my life! The hosts are the kindest people ever! Highly recommend!

We liked the hot tub. The multi head shower was good. The toiletries provided were very welcome, and the bath robes, as was the bottle of milk and the toffee cake, nice touches.

So close to the beach, property was clean and fully equipped and lovely comfortable beds. Perfect location. Other reviews mentioned the trains but i can honestly say I am a very light sleeper and this was not a problem. It was lovely to be able to hear the sea at night.
