The staff was warm, welcoming and very accommodating. All staff members were very polite and kind. You can change currency on location so that service eliminates the need for a trip into town to do that. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, about a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride from center of town. Rooms are nicely air conditioned.

"English" breakfast has great local options, well worth it if it's not included with your room. Great view from the rooftop bar and even though it is for guests only, the manager was kind enough to open it up to members of my party that did not stay at the hotel. Most staff are friendly and personable. Credit cards are accepted just fine despite the fine print on booking.com about bank transfers, that's just an option and not required.
