It's an apartment on the 1st floor of the two-floor house. It has a separate entrance. There are three bedrooms: double, twin and bunk-bed. You can also use the living room as an additional bedroom. So the apartment can comfortably sleep up to eight persons. We liked having breakfast on the terrace, walking along the boat-stuffed canal to the beach and taking (hot!) shower in the yard afterwards. The sea shore is sandy and shallow (great for kids) and not crowded even during the high season. The host is very kind and greated us with gifts, when we arrived.

Appartamento carino, curato e molto pulito. Ha due terrazzi con tavolo per mangiare anche fuori. Sono posizionati in modo che sia al mattino che al pomeriggio uno sia all'ombra e uno al sole. La struttura è piccolina ma c'è tutto quello che serve ad una famiglia in ferie. Giochi per i bimbi, scivoli e altro. Piscina comoda e sempre accessibile tutto il giorno con bellissime palme che per chi vuole danno ombra nelle ore più calde. Mare molto vicino. Si va a piedi attraversando una strada trafficata solo di domenica fondamentalmente. Gestito direttamente dalla proprietaria che è sempre disponibile e gentile. Ci torneremo.

Everything, we had a very great stay. The only advice I can give to travelers is to pay attention to the fact that towels and sheets are charged 5€ per person (it is written in the property description, but someone can miss it)

Il monolocale piccolino ma attrezzato, proprio di fronte al mare (pochi passi) e vicinissimo al supermercato. Comodo il parcheggio dentro alla struttura. Abbiamo trovato lenzuola, asciugamani e phon, e tutta l'attrezzatura di base per cucinare (ma ricordatevi di portare sapone e spugna per lavare i piatti perché non ci sono!). C'è anche una zona lavanderia in comune, comodissima per chi sta qualche giorno. Carino anche lo spazio fuori per mangiare e rilassarsi. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale! Esperienza positiva, giusto un paio di appunti per chi magari può essere più esigente di noi: Nel bagno manca il bidet (nelle foto si vede che manca ma io non ci avevo fatto caso), e la stanza non é molto insonorizzata (noi al piano di sotto sentivamo sia le famiglie nelle stanze accanto che un frequente rumore di acqua scrosciante, forse proveniente dagli scarichi di sopra).

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man benötigt. Freundliche sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Man kann das Auto einfach mal ein paar Tage stehen lassen und das Meer genießen. Die umliegenden Supermärkte, Gemüsehändler und Bars bieten alles was das Herz begehrt und das zu sehr fairen Preisen. Erholung garantiert. Besonders für Familien zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cortesia e gentilezza dello staff, spiaggia libera a 200 m e piscina molto ben curata da un bravissimo bagnino. Abbiamo soggiornato in appartamento fornito col necessario. Market ben fornito, la Sig.ra Pina fa delle pizze spettacolari consigliatissime e volendo cucina anche primi piatti. Siamo stati benissimo.

Older, but good, clean, comfortable & fully equipped apartment in Foce Varano, enough space for family with 2 kids. Owner is nice lady living in apartment above this one. Access to apartment is from backyard out of the street with the seating space under umbrela. Parking is OK along the house. Supermarket 800m, nearest beach just 200m crossing the street, but much nicer beach is on Isola Varano, 1500m driving & 300m walking through the forest - then you'll be on 10km long virgin beach with very few people, clean water, with forest behind you - fantastic place!
