Room was roomy, bed comfortable, location excellent, host was helpful except for repairing shower. The shower temp and pressure were fine. The problem was there was nowhere to put soap, shampoo. I suggested to Francesco that he could hang a plastic holder from the shower head. He said he was aware of the problem, had contacted a 'maintainer' and the problem would be fixed "in a day or two".. It wasn't fixced when I left 6 days lat

The location is fantastic - much more relaxed than north of the Arno but lots of great places to eat and drink. The piazza is really lovely. The property is spacious and clean. We were provided with water each day and had a coffee machine/biscuits in the sitting room. The main bedroom is really light and airy. The manager is very friendly and recommended lots of restaurants in the area.

Large clean room with tasteful modern furnishings in a historic building. The bed was very comfortable with fine crisp linens. The half bottle of prosecco was a nice touch as well as a small bowl of peanuts. They accomodated us on our early arrival which is great! The room was ready when we arrived and someone was there to greet us and to give us information about the room and provided us with codes to access the building and our rooms. The Location is perfect for exploring Florence!

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and fresh. We asked if we could use the blender to juice my daughter’s watermelon and she used her own supply as ours from the market was overripe. The baked goods were fabulous as well as the croissants. Coffee was nice and strong and delicious. Our location was walkable to all major sites. Our hosts were always smiling and helpful, especially our last day there was a cab strike and they helped us figure out how to get to the train station which was far away. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. They are also eco friendly.
