Excellent hosts, the food was very good. The location is perfect, no sound of cars, only the nature and the birds. The place itself is beautiful, full of wooden sculptures, grass, flowers, and very beautiful viewpoint. You can eat and drink a coffee with a beautiful view on mountains and the river.

Great apartment, spacious, clean, amazing location with view of the Danube and Djerdap Gorge. We stayed in November, which didn't make it any less beautiful, but I can only imagine how nice it is in the spring/summer when you can use the terrace more. The location is great for sightseeing in this region - Lepenski Vir, Golubac, Djerdap hiking trails are all close by. Apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, full kitchen, wifi, A/C.

Danubius apartment is on a slope over Donji Milanovac with a beautiful view of Danube river and nearby mountains. An expansive balcony with a lot of geranium flowers is adjoining the apartment. Apartment is equipped with all what is necessary for a comfortable stay. But, most of all, it is the kind and hospitable hosts that made our stay exceptional. They greeted us warmly with the traditional Serbian welcome and provided several helpful advices about the nearby places to visit.

The breathtaking view of the Danube river gives sunrises and sunsets a totally new dimension. As if that is not enough, the amount of detail the hostess Zvezdana has put into the garden area where you can have your meals tells me this place is a product of carefully investing love into it through many years. The meals she prepares are a soul food. I could only regret the fact that I stayed only one night, so I couldn’t continue my great conversation with Zvezdana for much longer, but I’ll look to not make the same mistake next time I’m there. Oh, did I mention Zvezdana offered to upgrade us to her best room with the best view after the other party cancelled? Whether you’re a passerby or planning a longer stay, you will leave as a better version of yourself. Next time I’m in that area, I know I don’t need to search for a place.
