Loved the air conditioning, the decoration and how cool and spacious the apartment was. Very close to the train station but also easy walk to the lake and a lovely cafe below!

Exceptional AIRBnB, with excellents facilities, high technical details, very good furnish, excellent kitchen facilities. Great view not only from the living room but from the bedroom as well. All the equipment of the kitchen are in excellent conditions. All the apartment has excellent details: windows with double glass and american electrical shutters, dimmer of the led lights in all the ambients, with central underfloor heating. You can enjoy the nice view of the lake from the balcony as well. Simply exceptional to enjoy a nice stay.

Very large apartment, incredibly spacious, clean, new and central in Dervio. Beds are excellent, kitchen has everything you need, even coffee and tea at disposal. Dervio is minutes by train from the main attractions of the lake buy still out if the noisy and crowded touristic focuses.

Beautiful views, all the amenities you need and a spacious, large apartment. Great beach right next to the house and very nice views from the window. For this price, the apartment exceeded our expectations. Dervio is small and quiet, but very well connected with the rest of the important cities.

בית מלא אופי, כמו מסרט איטלקי,בעיירה מקסימה על אגם קומו. מרווח, יש כל מה שצריך. הצוות שמנהל את הנכס להשכרה נעים מאד ומסייע. היינו ביולי,היה מאד חם,הבית ללא מזגן אך מאד מאוורר,הרבה חלונות , הסתדרנו. העיירה מתויירת בעיקר תיירות מקומית-נופשים איטלקיים. אוירה מאד טובה. אין חניה פרטית אבל קיבלנו כרטיס חנייה חינם למשך השהיה בעיירה. מצאנו חנייה ולא הזזנו את האוטו. הלכנו ברגל לחוף וגם למסעדות,סופרמרקט וכו'.

A beautiful place directly on the lake and in a splendid medieval village. There is a big staircase to face between the (public) parking and the apartment. But it is worth it. Lovely welcome from the owners, very available and very attentive to their guests.

We have been at Como lake many times, and even Corenno Plinio we know well, but Casa Lilli is exceptional in combination of many favourable circumstances: very pleasant hosts with whom we always liked to chat, comfortable stay (enough room, very clean flat, perfect cooking facilities, private parking place), cosy and beautiful private entrance to the lake, small garden and canoe for free usage, very nice lake view from the flat, wonderful medieval village of Corenno, incredible ancient "mulattiere" in both directions, many touristic options in the vicinity (water sports, MTB, walking or car trips), Iperal hypermarket in nearby Colico, a close-by "superstrada" which takes you quickly to even more distant places along the lake, easy trips also to Val Chiavenna or to Valtellina, and Monte Legnone ruling above.
