First and foremost, the staff was really good! You could really sense that they're there not because they just need a job but it felt like they really loved their job. Keep it up! 🤗 Then there's the commodity of the place. If you don't feel like going to other places, you could already have the nice and calming view of lake and nature surrounding the place. Really nice! The neighboring towns were fantastic! Easy trekking, though a bit far, paths which connects the towns. Plus the lovely lady guide (sorry I forgot to ask her name 😅✌️) of Serravalle Pistoiese. She let us climb the Barbarossa Tower, thus, we were able to inhale the magnificent overlooking views. Loved it!

Perfect for families with children and more. A very good base for visiting Florence, Lucca or Pisa. Old style holiday home with all amenities. A great change from modern impersonal apartments. A lot of space around the facility, so on days off from sightseeing, my son, who has a lot of energy, would not be bored even for a moment. Corrado is a great, very kind and helpful host. When we wanted to eat dinner in the area, Corrado pointed us to some good places and offered to help with booking. He was happy to provide information on places worth seeing in the area. I wish everyone during their vacation to have hosts such as Corrado and his family.

We stayed one night there, the room was small but comfortable enough, the breakfast was just perfect and the hostess very nicely gave us some persimmons and greens from her garden.
