the location was itself amazing, surrounded by green hills that make the landscape so beautiful. Very peaceful little village, you feel safe at all times. Breakfast was abundant and great staff. The accomodation is very big (basically you have a whole house for yourself) and the staff was very kind and polite.

Nice, lovely and wide room with frescoes on the ceiling in the historical center of Old Town Urbino (which was at the same time a blessing and a curse, read further). Fresh modern private bathroom, very convenient shared kitchenette.
