The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. There were two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen corner. the air conditioning was quiet and powerful. The bathroom was small but functional. All necessary bathroom amenities were provided. The access was easy and the staircase clean. Two small lifts were available. The owner was nice and welcoming. The apartment location is perfect, very close to the city center and to the Genova acquarium. In the same building available food store.

Spacious, comfortable, and a great value for a short-term stay. Location is a bit off the beaten paths of Genoa's historic center, but still convenient for getting around and close but not too close to the Principe train station.

Excellent communication with our host via WhatsApp - very attentive and kind. We arrived later than planned and she was so thoughtful to provide us with name and location of nearest grocery store that was open late. We were so appreciative! The apartment was perfectly clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Being able to retrieve the keys from lockbox at our convenience was a big plus!

Price, location, apartment, host. Very welcoming host who even greeted us with some small present in the fridge. Apartment is spacious for 4 people. We stayed only one night, but it would also suite for more days. Nevertheless, that apartment is quite far away from Genoa centre, but there are some bus stops (which we havent used as we were with the car). But just 5 min walk from the apartment there is a small village where you can find nice restaurants and beautiful view for some pictures. To sum up, everything was great and thanks to the host!
