Very decent breakfast. I was on 8/F and the view from the was very nice. There is a convenient store right on the ground floor of the hotel. The staff put the towels, toothpaste etc. at the door on days when I put on the "do not disturb" sign.

The location is very nice in a great neighborhood of Tokyo. The design is very modern and simple but comfortable with nice linens and bedding. The concrete walls in the downstairs bedroom kept the temperatures cool with the A/C during hot August nights. The kitchenware provided was more than adequate for myself and 2 teenage sons. Really liked being able to do laundry and hang outside to dry and that a few laundry detergent pods were provided!
