Breakfast was very nice especially having it on terrace in Front of the sea and the location was very peacefully and close to the beach "la playa". An amazing place for relax and have an especial fresh fish food.the sunset was also really relaxing and the host always ready to help for any kind of things you need

Francesca and Alessandro are best hosts you can imagine. Kindest and most helpful people we met so far in Italy. Place itself very close to local beach, maybe 100meters ( good place for surfing in season). 20 minutes walk from centre and 3 minutes from train station ( Perfect connection to Rome). Local cafe just downstairs open from early morning with drinks also. Close to local groceries shops and restaurants. Sunset visible from balcony. Good for family 2+1 2+2. You can hear the sea literally in the apartment 👍 recommend 100% 🤙

Great location. Close to the beach, close to the train, close to the port and the restaurants. The apartment itself it's beautifully decorated with lots of space and a lot of great features. Made us feel like home.

Despite the delay, Francesca and Alessandro personally waited for us and showed us everything. The roof terrace of the flat surpassed all expectations. Fantastically beautiful with a wonderful sea view and sunset.

The location is perfect if you like the beach. IT is a 5 minute walk to the beach. We did not use the swimming pool as we preferred the sea. There is a bar around the corner where you can have a nice morning coffee and corneti.
