I highly recommend these cottages! Mayfield is easy to get to from Confederation Bridge, and it is close to all the attractions in that part of PEI. It was easy to go back and forth from the theme parks to our cottage. Beautiful PEI sunset to view from Cavendish Provincial Park in the evening, 7-8 minute drive away. You can bring your own food to cook at the cottage as there is a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. I would recommend this as I found it hard to find a place to eat in Cavendish. Very clean and tidy cottage with air conditioning, excellent host.

our cottage and the grounds were beautiful. the pool was perfect and my two kids loved it. everything was clean and neat and tidy. the staff were extremely friendly. we are already planning our next trip back!

The check-in process was easy and quick at the reception office. The cottage is overall well maintained and clean. There are some basics included, such as a kettle, standard kitchenware for eating in, and the wifi works decently. Water pressure in the shower is very strong! The beds were okay - not incredibly comfy but not terrible either. The cottage grounds are neat and quiet. The location is great for visiting places such as the Anne of Green Gables Heritage Place, Cavendish Beach, as well as the Cavendish National Park.

Great location close to the national park and the Anne of Green Gables heritage site. The motel room was comfortable and clean with convenient parking. It was very well equipped with a fridge, microwave, and enough dishes to comfortably prepare breakfast. All the interactions with the staff (both on-site and prior to arrival) were fantastic.

The location was conveniently located to walk to Cavendish Beach or to drive anywhere on the island. Very comfortable.
