Prompt communication by the owner and amazing view from a balcony that wraps around into a big terrace. It was a privilege to be able to sit outside my room and enjoy my meal with the view of the Castello di Solanto and the blue Mediterranean water. Super clean and comfy room - the perfect size room for a single person traveling solo or for a couple. I truly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it.

kind welcoming staff and delicious breakfast every morning. you are an 8 minute walk from a good restaurant open for all meals and snacks, about 10 minute drive to other great places in Santa Flavia area. So relaxing-we felt at home. Visit Santa Elia for the steps to the sea and Capo Zafferano for the most beautiful meadow, coves, and sea views

I liked literally everything. I needed a few days of rest with my girlfriend and we found the perfect place in Villa Flavia. The owners are amazing. Will likely return!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso casa Maurizio, un luogo dove trovarsi a casa ed il valore aggiunto è la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Per puro caso siamo stati ospiti in questa abitazione nuovissima, vicina al mare. Tutto perfetto arredo, pulizia, funzionalità veramente impeccabile. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal sorriso del proprietario che, oltre a farci trovare bibite fresche in frigo, ci ha accompagnato per le viuzze di quest'incantevole borgo che si sviluppa in trono ad un'incantevole insenatura naturale. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Everything was super great and beyond expectations. Huge terrace, sweet kitchen with everything you need for cooking true Italian dishes, super nice and helpful hosts, the location is perfect, big and comfortable bed. The apartments were perfectly clean. Will definitely return again, thanks for the amazing experience

The apartment is exactly as described: clean, quiet and the view from the terrace is wonderful. Carla was very nice and responsive. The location is ideal for discovering Palermo by car. The restaurant next door is very good, try it!

First of all I should mention very nice people who run this place. Then the location. It’s amazing! Not surprised that there are wedding photo shootings every evening. The house is very cozy and has everything you might need. Big fridge - very nice for storing cool drinks for the hot Italian weather. Fast internet connection (not the case in some places we stayed around the island). Good local supermarket nearby and nice beach cocktail bar around the corner. Except for the beach in 30 meters there is also a cliff jumping location at the bay in 100 meters. Almost no foreigners, so hopefully the place won’t be spoiled anytime soon :)
