This is an ideal place to stay in Udine, right in the center of town in an area full of restaurants, bars, cafes and stores. We were there for four nights and throughly enjoyed our stay. Elena and Elisa at the reception desk were both very friendly and helpful, arranging restaurant reservations and a delightful grappa tasting at Nonino Distillery. We used their private parking in a structure nearby for an extra charge. Our room was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. I highly recommend Mercatovecchio.

The host was extremely polite and she took good care of us!The room was clean and nice. We were traveling Italy by motorbikes and we had just stayed there for 1 night. The morning we woke up, she had prepared us an amazing breakfast not even small hotels have! Definitely recommend!!!

We traveled with bikes and location of property was just excellent. Homemade breakfast in the sunny garden and nice chat with Karin and Arnaldo was beyond our expectations!
